GRAPE LEAVES

We choose Grape paper from vines without seeds, which is smooth and silky
touch, and with a clear green color.
We preserve the soft leaves and remove the rough ones as they contain many
filaments. After that choose leaves are cooked by a transparent adhesive
paper strip to protect it against any cold direct choc that may occur at the
freezing time. Following that we packed it in covered trays.
